- Directors of IOP Enterprises Ltd
- Directors of IOP Publishing Inc
- To determine the annual salary for the Chief Executive of the Institute of Physics
- To agree the Chief Executive’s proposal for annual salaries for:
- Directors of the Institute of Physics
- Directors of IOP Publishing Ltd
- Directors of IOP Enterprises Ltd
- Directors of IOP Publishing Inc
- To consider any other matter concerning the remuneration of:
- The Chief Executive of the Institute of Physics
- Directors of the Institute of Physics
- Directors of IOP Publishing Ltd
- Directors of IOP Enterprises Ltd
